Returns & 30-Day Performance Guarantee

We offer a 30-day performance guarantee on our natural deodorants. This means you have 30 days from delivery to decide whether the product works for you.

If our deodorant isn’t the most effective you’ve tried, you may request a return for a refund under the terms below.


Eligibility

To qualify for a return:

• The request must be made within 30 days of delivery
• Proof of purchase is required
• Deodorant products may be lightly used as part of this trial
• Customer is responsible for return shipping
• One performance-guarantee claim per household for deodorant products
• Items must be returned following authorization

To start a return, contact us at willowvw@protonmail.com. If approved, we’ll provide instructions and the return address.

Returns sent without authorization will not be accepted.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us right away if your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. We’ll make it right.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

The performance guarantee does not apply to:

• Gift cards
• Final sale items
• Personalized or custom products

Other personal-care products outside deodorants may not be eligible unless defective.

If you’re unsure whether your order qualifies, please contact us before sending it back.


Exchanges

If you’d like a different scent or size, the fastest option is to return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order once the return is approved.


Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you of approval.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or credit card provider may take additional time to post the refund.
