Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription or pre-order. Please review the following information carefully, as we do not accept returns or offer refunds once an order has been fulfilled.

 


 

Subscriptions

When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive recurring deliveries based on the schedule you select. Your payment method will be securely stored and charged accordingly for each delivery unless you choose to prepay.

Some subscriptions may auto-renew. You may cancel or make changes to your subscription at any time before the next billing cycle. You can manage your subscription via the link in your order confirmation email.

Please note: We do not offer returns or refunds for fulfilled subscription orders.

 


 

Pre-orders

A pre-order reserves an item that is currently out of stock or not yet released. Depending on the item, we may collect a full or partial payment at checkout. Once the item becomes available, we will fulfill the order and charge any remaining balance.

You may cancel a pre-order only if it has not yet been fulfilled. Once a pre-order is fulfilled and shipped, it cannot be canceled, returned, or refunded.
